Pair the watch with its official app on the phone (e.g., Galaxy Wearable, Pixel Watch). Go to "About" settings and copy the Serial Number (SN) or IMEI.  In Watch Diagnostic Pro, tap "Add New Device" and paste the SN/IMEI.  Tap "Authorize" to unlock tests, select the watch color, and confirm. 

Follow the on-screen prompts on the watch until you reach the Summary Screen. Then, tap to send the results to the phone app. 

Receive results on your phone. Add optional technician notes, then print the report and save it securely to the cloud.
