Our app is designed specifically for modern Android smartwatches running Wear OS 3.0 or higher (API 30+). This includes popular models like the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4, 5, 6, and 7 series, Google Pixel Watches, and other top-tier Wear OS devices. 

You can perform the hardware diagnostic tests offline. However, to generate the official certificate, upload the results to our secure cloud, and sync with your Client Portal, your connected smartphone must have an active Wi-Fi or mobile data connection at the end of the process. 

Once a test is successfully completed and synced, log in to your Client Portal on our website using your login credentials. From there, you can search for any device by its Serial Number or IMEI and instantly download its official PDF certificate. 

Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade cloud security. Your diagnostic reports are securely linked to your unique Company ID. Only authorized technicians and administrators from your company can view your internal dashboard. Publicly verified certificates never display your private company information.
