Types of Data Collected

Personal Data While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You (e.g., to create your Technician Account). Personally identifiable information may include:

• Email address

• First name and last name

Specific Device Permissions (Hardware Diagnostics) To fulfill the core function of the Application (hardware testing), we require access to specific device sensors. These permissions are strictly used for instantaneous hardware verification and are NOT used to collect user data, monitor health trends, or record conversations.

• Body Sensors (Heart Rate): Access is required solely to trigger the sensor hardware and verify it produces a signal. We do not collect, store, analyze, or share your personal health history or vital signs. The data is treated as a binary "Pass/Fail" hardware result.

• Microphone: Access is required to measure sound input levels (decibels) to verify microphone hardware functionality. No audio recordings are created, stored, or transmitted.

• Speaker & Vibration: Used to generate test sounds and haptic feedback to verify hardware response.

• Background Processes: Required to maintain the connection with the wearable device during the testing sequence, ensuring the diagnostic test does not fail if the screen turns off.

• Bluetooth & Connectivity: We use Bluetooth permissions to discover, connect to, and communicate with your wearable device. This allows the phone to send test commands and receive diagnostic results. We do not use this connectivity to track your physical location. 

• Camera (Phone App): Access is required solely to scan barcodes and QR codes (such as serial numbers or ISBNs) to identify the device being tested. No photos or videos of the user are taken or stored. 

Use of Third-Party Services (Google Firebase) We use third-party services provided by Google Firebase to improve the stability, security, and functionality of our Application. Specifically:

• Firebase Authentication: To manage secure user access.

• Firebase Crashlytics: To detect and fix stability issues.

• Firebase Analytics: To understand technical usage patterns.

Use of Your Personal Data The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.

• To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service.

• To contact You: To contact You by email regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities.

• For other purposes: We may use Your information for data analysis, identifying usage trends, and to evaluate and improve our Service.

Retention of Your Personal Data The Company retains your diagnostic data specifically to generate your historical reports and verify past device tests.

Account Cancellation & Data Options: If you decide to stop using the Service and contact us to close your account, we will ask you to choose one of the following options:

• Archive Data (Default): We securely keep your diagnostic history in our database. This allows you to retrieve your past reports if you decide to reactivate your account in the future.

• Permanent Deletion: Upon your specific request, we will permanently erase all your personal and diagnostic data from our database. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

Delete Your Personal Data You have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time. Because our App serves as a historical record for your business devices, we do not automatically delete data when you uninstall the App.

How to Request Deletion: To permanently remove your data, please contact us via the "Support" page or email. We will confirm your request and proceed to delete your account and all associated diagnostic records from our active database within 30 days.

Security of Your Personal Data The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children's Privacy Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.

Changes to this Privacy Policy We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
